TV TUNER CARD
A TV tuner card is a kind of television tuner that allows television signals to be received by a computer.
You can use it with your desktop as well as laptop to view any channel with your cable connection. So your computer will be 2 in 1. You just need a cable connection or dish connection (also works with Tata Sky, Airtel TV or set top box)
It can be 2 types--

For desktop you can use any one but with laptop you have to use the external one. And it is also very cheap just around 1-2k.
Cons: It may not be very good if you are looking from angle.
Also you can use it simultaneously with your TV if you use a 2 in 1 connecter.
You just have to plug your cable into it and the wire from it will connect with your pc via USB.
In most cases it also comes with a remote control facility.
